Functional chewing gum for sleep

The functional gums for sweet dreams are a supplement with sweeteners, ideal to help you fall asleep. It contains extract from Valerian, Melissa, L-tryptophan and Melatonin. They have a pleasant liquorice aroma. They do not require water or digestion, can be carried everywhere and weigt only 2,4 grams. Does not contain gluten (gluten-free), does not contain lactose (lactose-free).

Valerian

Valerian is a natural plant which helps you fall asleep by relaxing the nervous system and muscles. It aids reducing anxiety and psychological stress.

Melatonin

Melatonin is a neurohormone which helps control the daily sleep cycle.

Melissa

Melissa is a natural plant with sedative and relaxation effect.

L–tryptophan

L-tryptophan is an irreplaceable amino acid precursor of serotonin, hormone with relaxing and anxiolytic effect.

Recommended daily dose: 1 gum, 10 minutes before sleep. If above 80 kg, 2 gums, 10 minutes before sleep.

Storing conditions  Keep in a cold, dry and dark place.

Warnings:

Keep out of reach for children.

Do not use if under 3 years of age, pregnant or people treated with antidepressants or people with kidney failure.

Contains naturally present sugars.

Contains polyols. Exceeding the daily dose might have a laxative effect.
