They have a pleasant liquorice aroma. They do not require water or digestion, can be carried everywhere and weigt only 2,4 grams. Does not contain gluten (gluten-free), does not contain lactose (lactose-free).
Valerian
Valerian is a natural plant which helps you fall asleep by relaxing the nervous system and muscles. It aids reducing anxiety and psychological stress.
Melatonin
Melatonin is a neurohormone which helps control the daily sleep cycle.
Melissa
Melissa is a natural plant with sedative and relaxation effect.
L–tryptophan
L-tryptophan is an irreplaceable amino acid precursor of serotonin, hormone with relaxing and anxiolytic effect.
